Harvest time for white oyster mushrooms

We are happy to harvest the mushrooms.

The mushrooms are so beautiful in white.

As a mushroom fans, we cook mushrooms with mix vegetables such as tomatoes, japanese toufu, carrots etc. Surprisingly one of the mushroom is as big as a tomato.

Besides, we also promote our mushrooms by packing into small plastic bag.
