The molds

For those mushroom bags which still are in the waiting period, we are sad to find that the molds start to grow. Luckily we found this issue at early stage therefor we move those affected mushroom bags out from the area.

We clean and remove the effected portion from the mushroom bags. Total of 5 mushroom bags are having same issue, we then quarantine them from the  good one.

This issue usually happen due to the reasons of the mushroom package production process, species, surroundings and management.

The most effective way is to prevent, the tools must be kept clean, it is best to use before and after sterilization. Always keep the ground clean after harvesting.
